Every day, Pool Command posts a job no frog is qualified to perform. Anyone can send Jib Farflag. The current keeper can sign his field report without gas or a transaction.
Anyone may choose a frog and start the assignment.
The result responds to his approved traits and equipment.
The current keeper may sign the result. No gas and no NFT movement.
Arrow Ledger
A wallet signature proves the current keeper approved this entry. It costs nothing and does not change or move the NFT.
Keeper-signed reports are verified before they enter the public Arrow Ledger.

Use one Mission Arrow. Jib Farflag gains Experience, and the helpful dispatcher receives a Caretaker Mark.
