Once, Hiccup Picnickeep startled a goose into returning the village keys. He took this as qualification to work as a gate rescuer and eventually protect every unattended picnic. Hiccup Picnickeep wrote beside the map: he brings a bucket, a badge, and complete urgency to every small problem. The neighbours now stand one frog-length behind Hiccup Picnickeep's marker.

Every day, Pool Command posts a job no frog is qualified to perform. Anyone can send Hiccup Picnickeep. The current keeper can sign his field report without gas or a transaction.
Anyone may choose a frog and start the assignment.
The result responds to his approved traits and equipment.
The current keeper may sign the result. No gas and no NFT movement.

A wallet signature proves the current keeper approved this entry. It costs nothing and does not change or move the NFT.
Keeper-signed reports are verified before they enter the public Arrow Ledger.

Use one Mission Arrow. Hiccup Picnickeep gains Experience, and the helpful dispatcher receives a Caretaker Mark.
