Pebble Coinspill's rule: the coin pouch is both treasury and emergency snack weight. The route remains questionable, but the gate works according to Pebble Coinspill.

Anyone may choose a frog and start the assignment.
The result responds to his approved traits and equipment.
The current keeper may sign the result. No gas and no NFT movement.
Arrow Ledger
A wallet signature proves the current keeper approved this entry. It costs nothing and does not change or move the NFT.
Keeper-signed reports are verified before they enter the public Arrow Ledger.
