A wallet signature proves the current keeper approved this entry. It costs nothing and does not change or move the NFT.
Keeper-signed reports are verified before they enter the public Arrow Ledger.

Use one Mission Arrow. Pogo Cheerbadge gains Experience, and the helpful dispatcher receives a Caretaker Mark.
